How to email Marriott
Hey guys,
Aside from the telephone is there an email address I can send my enquiries? The web contact form doesn't work for me and I kept getting this error: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.marriott.com/suggest/response.mi" on this server. It does appear that responsiveness to inquiries is quite slow . I have tried email with no response . On social media , I received an answer after 3 days and it simply gave me a link to the website description of the new program and did not address the specific issues that I raised . Other posts in this forum have indicated that it is difficult to get through via phone .

Any updates on this? SPG had a very responsive platinum concierge email service. It's frustrating that Marriott has nothing similar.

I predict this is going to be a long thread. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any real way of finding which email addresses are still managed, so I’d always try to speak to someone over the phone or via fax first. It’s like the decline of the Roman Empire at the moment. |
