Stayed for 2 nights. with my wife for our anniversary. When we checked in, we were given room 2703, The keys didn't work when we went up there. There was someone in the hall that let my wife in and volunteered to get us keys. I declined and went back down. The front desk agent was very apologetic, and offered to come up with me to make sure they worked. I declined and they worked fine. Our room, which I believe was an upgrade, had a Great view of the lake. Room was clean and well appointed . Bed is INCREDIBLY comfortable! They left a nice cookie/macaroon thing with berries and cream saying happy anniversary, which was delicious! They also had a card that said Happy Birthday! lol...not a big deal.
Wife used the spa on Sunday and said it was very nice and relaxing and had a great massage. I used the gym which has a ton of equipment, free weights, two pelotons, etc...and great views of the lake.
We had drinks at the bar each night and the staff was great...really no complaints with the stay at all. Only two minor things were negatives. The shower is a large head almost rain shower...the pressure isn't great (not terrible), but that's probably a function of the city's rules on flow regulations, etc. The other small thing was the robe in the room was a little on the cheap side...not plush like you would expect from a luxury hotel.
Would definitely stay here again.

Sad to report that we didn't have as good of an experience as we did back in October.
Went down for a long weekend for my son's 21st bday (he and his buddies stayed at a different hotel) and the Bears/Browns game in mid December. I did the mobile check in on the app and said we would arrive around 3pm.
We showed up at 4pm and the lobby was an absolute ZOO! Got to the front desk to find out our room wasn't ready, but was assured it would be shortly. Front desk agent was panicked but tried his best...said he would cover a couple of drinks for us at the bar. Walked over to the bar with all our luggage, etc...no chance we were getting a drink within 45 mins, so I went back up and told him not to worry about it. He said he would send up a bottle of sparkling wine...OK, great. I gave him my cell number and said we would walk around the city in 5 degree weather until our room was ready.
Never received a call or text. I texted the hotel through the app around 4:45, no response. I called at 5:15, they said they would call when the room was ready. At 6pm, still nothing, so I text the hotel and called again. They said if we headed back the room would be ready. Got back at 6:15. Room still wasn't ready. Room was ready at 6:30, but the elevators weren't working. So we waited in line with other very annoyed guests for the service elevator.
Got to our room, showered and left.
Turn down service was just a fluffing of the pillows, no chocolate, no water, etc. There was a bottle of sparkling wine in the room when we returned.
Had some other minor service issues, but overall just not a great stay. Felt like an overwhelmed Courtyard the whole weekend.

I filled out the survey with my feed back and got a form letter back.

Not sure we will be back. Likely will try the Waldorf Astoria or Park Hyatt instead.
