Vanilla network down?
 
Checking balance online gives error "web service returned null"

Calling in "your balance is 0.00"..

Anyone else getting this?

I bought and liquidated $2k in Vanillas within the last 2 hours. Probably just a website issue.

Just liquidated 4 cards with no issues.

Incomm had nationwide issues yesterday. Many cards failed to activate. Verify at register so until we know the issue has been resolved.

I had an issue yesterday too. One of my cards said activation in 24 hrs vs the regular instant activation. I didn't think much of it because I've seen that message before and the card was activated a day later.
