Lowe's GC's good for loading BB?

I never paid attention to the backer of the VGC's @ Lowes, curious?

You shouldn't have posted that picture. Now someone is going to post a new thread tomorrow about what to do with $5,000 in Chipotle Visa Gift Cards when they realize they can only intermittently be loaded to Serve/BB.
