The net cost is $7.94-$5= $2.94 per $500 GC which is cheaper than Grocery store or Pharmacy GC.

I thought they got rid of the Choice cards some time ago. Well I know they were gone for a while. I didn't realize that they were back. Also, does your math include shipping? I did it a week or two ago, without the choice cards, and it seems to only make sense to use GCM for $3k Amex cards (possibly $2k) over Pharmacy GCM.

Yes. You can see if it's shipped or not but as mentioned, they do send an email when it happens.

E Choice are the online GC's. Therefore, no shipping and quick turnaround to buy actual GC's.

No. I meant shipping cost for the actual Visa GCs.

Pros:
Can liquidate Amex
Costs only $2.94
My name on GC which says debit only so looks more like a legitimate debit card (although the name is just typed on the card and not embossed)

Cons: takes about 2 weeks per GC. I do about $2000/month using this method.

+1 ^

Whoever edited the wiki for the WP mall. There is a FIA Card services WP mall. I know they are supposedly the same product but when I tried to use BofA WP mall it told me I didn't have a qualifying product, ie BofA CC.

TCP seems to track relatively well for me, but the payout time appears to be 11 weeks. And doesn't change as a week or two goes by. We will see if I ever receive the "top cash back"....

Don't know why I can't get this to work.

I go to the Worldpoint mall. Login to my FIA AMEX, and all it does it take me to my account summary. It won't take me back to the Worldpoint mall.

Debating if I want to play with this. I've read the thread not happy about long turn around time or TCB history of payouts or lack there of. But in a post VR society I guess you do what you have to do to get the job done. Just reluctantly registered for a TCB account.

Just have to adapt with the times. The entire thing didn't take that long but it is slow and you have to order the Visa gift cards individually. If I remember right you can order the choice EGift card in increments of 6.

I'm having the same problem. Can't seem to find a workaround. Anyone?

I think it was meant to read "You can access THROUGH the..."

Thanks, Jewsus, I was apparently stuck on the intro/entry page.

We can all order AGCs with our Fidelity Amex through BeFrugal, getting 5% minus fees. So why should I use the FIA WP mall and only get 3%?

mrstraveler Jun 26, 2014 2:16 pm

Placed an order with GCM, received an email that it was canceled and I had to call. I expect this from reading this thread, what I didn't expect was they said that something didn't "match" with their records and I would need to call my bank
