Email them.

I had serious issues with them, and with a bit of persistence they were VERY helpful and gave me ALL my points! Email and keep emailing every few days.

. Neither my Chase Ink nor any of my personal cards login.

I asked the FM and he trusts them. But not sure I want to risk this for some points here and there.

They could be a fine company like Mint Mint, I have comp security friends who work there and it's solid.

I have been in the information security industry for my whole life. There are two and only two groups of people I have met. People who concern too much about information security and lose something. And people who do not concern enough about information security and lose something. I choose to be the latter, what you choose is up to you.

Work in very large database security management , PCi, Hipaa and security compliance. and do not share this view. But again this is very personal.

You are not liable for fraudulent charges on your card anyway, so see no reason to be paranoid....to each his own though

It's not worth risking something like that with such a great card issuer like chase.

I almost got a heart attack when one of my transactions was declined and I had to pay with a different CC. Luckily, I called Chase and was able to clear up the fraud alert they placed on my account.

Same here

I emailed them yesterday afternoon, received an email back in a few hours. They are aware of the issue and are going to manually credit me the points.

Also worth checking out the app for iOS/Android. Downloading give you an extra wallet slot, promotions, and an extra 5 points per check-in/purchase.

7 eleven

Anybody else also seeing 7 eleven points still posting? These seem like new ones, not old ones just posting.

The fact that I volunteered my id/pwd will put me in a very difficult situation with Chase. Thinking Discover card for I use it on small purchases and could fit this spending pattern. Could be handy and have just one account and very little to lose on that one.

I am sure they are aware that this drawback keeps a lot of people away. Hopefully they will come back with a better security model or are bought by a major Bank.

Did you get an e-mail about it? I saw the fine print on the Staples tab on Plink but I'm not sure how long they have had it there, since I recently made some purchases at Staples.

Them having your Chase id and password does not give them any access to your cc # or cvv code, which someone would need to make charges on your card...I think you may be a little paranoid for this game. I see no value in using a Discover card, but to each his own. I will continue this as long as it lasts, which probably will be kiled soon.

Time for some new accts to be opened with new rules of 10x/month now
