I ordered one earlier. I just looked now and I can not find it in my order history.

That's normal. . .orders take several hours to a day to show in your order history online.

Friends not showing up for order either.

Sorry guys, just got a call from staples stating that the coupon is not valid, Choices were to cancel order or take coupon off. lame!

I went through UR portal and used their 20 off 100 coupon

Lame? The coupon states on its face that it is not valid for gift cards, and you use it anyway? Who exactly is being lame here?

The coupons states not valid but the system accepts it with the order, is the lame. If the system rejects the order does not go through no need to cancel.....(imho)
