Henriot 2000 and LP Rose Alexandra on FRA-JFK yesterday. No LPGS even though it's on the menu. Not a big fan of the Henriot but the rose was excellent. Great flight, as usual.

Circling back: after my complaint about experience in #739, they just got back to me with offer of sending a bottle of "Special Cuvée Brut Champagne, France." and 200EUR worldshop voucher.

Seems fair to me, happy with how they handled it.

Thanks everyone for encouraging me to write in!

Now I feel I shouldn't have been so humble when LH gave me a call with an offer for 10k award miles

Enjoy!

Yes. Those two are in the paper menu. There was no loose insert for the Henriot and the crew didn't proactively pour it but I mentioned something to one of the attendants and he said that they have it too. I prefer the rose so it was fine...

You’re probably better off going in 3 weeks than in 3 days, considering what’s happening over there...:

indeed, although I am not too much concerned I guess since I'll be connecting directly on a CX flight.
