Both Laurent-Perrier Grand Selice and Cuvée Louise 2003 loaded LAX-FRA today even though only the LPGS is on the menu. Only 2 bottles of LPGS seemed to have been loaded so they switched back to the Louise after that ran out.

The Cuvée Louise 2003 is a holdover from June. Pretty good stuff.

I appreciate the change, as Louise has been the main Champagne at the MUC FCL for a long time and I don't mind a different product on board..

Flew SIN FRA yesterday and they had (again) a full page insert into the standard menu offering Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Brut Rose 2006. They only load one bottle (besides LPGS) but despite a full cabin I had the full bottle to myself

Lufthansa (again) ran out of champagne in the morning. Sad!

Can we add Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Brut Rose to the Wiki? LH catered it at least twice on flights in the past six months.

Seems to be on certain routes only. Neither of my recent F flights to North and South America had anything but LPGS.

That's a great addition! Wish they had it on the US routes.

Unfortunately they don't, neither to North nor South America.

Impressive champagne for LH! That's great.

On the the issue of them running out of champagne, I've *never* experienced this on LH even though I fly F at least monthly, and I'm a champagne drinker so would have noticed!!

I can second that. Usually drink about a bottle and have never experienced them running out of champagne, same for LX.

Had about two bottles on a recent long flight and there were no issues either. But then again, I was sitting across the aisle from a super model who did not have any alcohol, so maybe that's why

I flew HKG-FRA on July 31st, and there was no Comtes Rose.

August 1st FRA-ORD (LH432, the afternoon departure) however, did have it. Again only one bottle, and it was served on the ground as our pre-departure beverage. I polished the rest off after takeoff. Very nice champagne. ^

I am happy for you, but availability seems to be fairly random then.
