Up-To-Date Statements
Has anyone tried to get LatinPass to send a statement recently? I have been trying for 2 MONTHS and Joyclyn always gives me the same answer. Their system is not working properly and they cannot PRINT any statements!
Two months.......come on! |
I've been trying to get one also with no success. No one told me they couldn't print them. I was told I would get one the last time I called (about a month ago).

They can fax you a statement same day which works for me

Miles - That's the whole problem. They claim they cannot PRINT or FAX an up-to-date statement, due to system problems. This has been going on for two months now. What kind of system problem should last that long?
When did you last get a statement faxed from LP? I did get them to verbally confirm my remaining miles today and compared it with a workup I did from their last statement of July 2001. It was correct, but I sure wish they'd get everything working!!! |
Hallaluah! Believe it or not, after being told last week that LP had system problems and could not print out my up-to-date statement to fax it to me, TODAY, in the mail, I received a nice printed form statement up-to-date as of June 20, 2002. Thank goodness they were able to get their system working after two months in order to be able to print the statements.

I also was happy to receive an up-to-date statement via snail mail yesterday.

Those who've rec'vd statements: have you had activity credited and/or debited? I haven't rec'vd a statement for at least 2 years (I've only been trans'fring to Hilton).

There were some small activity postings, but mostly transfers to HHonors.
Statements have only been rendered by phone request. |
