Sorry, definitely no access to the LA lounge at SCL under the given circumstances.

LA has left OW a couple of years ago (even before AS joining, if I am not wrong) and currently is not a member of any of the three major alliances.

AS continues to be a partner and strangely enough even grants qualifying points, but "lounge access" or "status recognition" are not mentioned.

No. All arrivals (unless an int'l int'l connection)are funneled immediately to migraciónes. Int'l departures are in a post-departure-passport control area.

Hi All,

flying tomorrow in premium economy from SCL to GRU with LATAM - my onward flights are all in business, but for this itinerary only premium economy was available.

will this grant me access to the SCL signature lounge?

Just as a reference point for any fellow travelers - I wasn’t allowed to the signature lounge, despite booking the entire journey in the highest available class (flying SCL-GRU in PE with Latam and onward to FRA in F with LH).

My aircraft to GRU simply does not have BC and despite my ticket meeting the criteria (international travel in premium cabin), I would need to be explicitly in the BC cabin to get into the signature lounge.

Glad I booked the hotel to get some hours of sleep as the premium lounge (despite being super hospitable) does not have napping areas.

I believe you only get access if you have a same day ticket on either LATAM's Premium Business or Delta One, not any other partner

Exactly. The problem is that you might end up with PE ticket, as only part of their planes have international BC...

IPC flights depart from Terminal 1 (Domestic) and LATAM only operates a lounge in T2 (International). T1 has several lounge options that can be accessed via Priority Pass, but none of them are all that remarkable, in my opinion.
