Refunds
Anyone has any experience getting a refund or rather trying to get a refund with LATAM?
I had a flight booked in J, top fare. Asked for a refund on Dec 2nd, 2021 over the phone (wasn't able to do it online). Was told it would be about two weeks. Called mid-january for an update, Was told a week. Obviously still nothing. Anyone can DM a direct email or phone number to anyone that could help? Thanks |
Maybe just as a point of reference: I cancelled a top fare online on the 1st of March 2022. Just received the refund directly on my credit card. 15 days later. This was a fare from Latam Colombia.

Thanks It is for a LATAM Chile ticket bought on their website issued by LATAM in Frankfurt. Incredible :td:. I may hand the whole matter to one of those companies taking 30 % of money receivded from airlines. What a disgrace of an airline. On a recent flight GRU to SCL, totally worn out 787 and lousy service in C and domestic flights to PMC on first generation A320. At least operations look pretty safe. Can not wait LH group is returning to Chile. Good old Swissair times. |
