Using miles to pay for a LAN South America AirPass or TAM Brazil Airpass???

You could try getting the oneworld award using AA miles- but you'll require 2 oneworld members and AA, so that would be tricky if LAN is the only main carrier in SA.
However, you can pick the BUE (Buenos Aires)-GRU (Sao Paolo) flight on British Airways, hence your 2 oneworld carrier requirement.
