LAN KM redemptions for AA F - what class required

I'm trying to redeem LANPass miles for a an AA domestic F R/T. On line the highest class of service available is "premium business". The award chart identifies a first class redemption amount. What do I need to do to ensure that I get domestic F?

You'll probably want Z class, which is what AA uses for first class MilesAAver awards.

Just a thought ... if this a 3-class transcon (on a 777 or a 767-200), then you might really be in business class, but the consensus is that 3-class business class is superior to 2-class first class anyway. (In this case, you would be booked in U.)
