Too bad Zumanity is dark. I've seen it four times. I think they change it up every two years or so.
Mystere is by far the better of the two available Cirque shows.
Penn & Teller was fun.
Fator was good but he was obviously really worn out the night we were there.
I had a lot more fun than expected at Tournament of Kings, but it had a lot to do with watching an older couple that arrived very drunk. They were dressed to the nines. She was face down in her pewter bowl and they had to cut them off. I've never laughed so hard in my life.
Tape Face is funny and clever, but I haven't seen his live show.
We saw Sigmund and Freud about a month before what's his bucket got his neck chomped. It was so lame it was sad.
If you've never seen a Cirque show, then go to Mystere. Always get to the Cirque shows early, cause they have a lot of fun with the audience.

I've seen Elton John in the room Celine Dion usually plays in. Damn good show and nice small venue...we were 9 rows from the piano for around $100 per ticket - bought day of the show from the box office. From what I understand he plays (or played?) Vegas semi-regularly, like Dion but fewer shows.

So Ian...you're in Vegas now --what did you decide to see? Btw...I remember the last time you went there you didn't like it or the people. Odd that you would choose to go back.

My Vegas partner in crime is there now and has been begging me for months to go on the trip with her. She has a free Aria Sky Suite room (biz trip) and she usually gets me in for some of their meals. But my last couple trips have been a total bust with the gambling so I had to have some self control and say no. It's killing me. God I hate being a grown up sometimes.

New expansion hockey team. Amazing venue (been to a couple concerts in there but not a hockey game)

Still not sure what show I want to see. Last night I walked around and gambled for a few hours at Excalibur. Overall I lost $60 for the night. Not bad.
I’m going to walk up and down the strip today and find a place for lunch.
