Try using Internet Explorer. Korea LOVES it.

If I sign up for a SkyPass account and want to book something, what documents do they need in order for your account to be "legit"?

For your own account with your name, it's just your information and then your passport when you book a ticket. If you add someone else that's in your family, that's when you have to have all of the extra documentation for them to pool the miles and to book tickets.

It's a complicated process with Korean Airlines to book an award but well worth it.

I just booked an 80K points round trip business class award from SFO to Europe using SkyTeam partner airlines. The same itinerary would have required 165K points redeeming Delta miles.

Hello- Is the collection year to qualify for Morning Calm Club the calendar year (Jan 01 to Dec 31) or 365 days from your join date (so if I join 01 Nov it would go to Oct 31)?

How does one sign up for Skypass? I cant find a link on their website.

On koreanair.com, towards the top right there will be a "log in" button. Click on it and in the log in screen there should be a "sign up" button.
