Tour options for layover in ICN?

Tour options for layover in ICN?
I have 23 hours, but the problem is I need to be at the airport by 12:30-1:00 PM
I plan to stay near the main train station which looks to be 45-60 minutes from ICN unless there is a better idea
I can walk around the evening of arrival I suppose but any options for the morning before noon? Just want to see the city
