I am trying to find out what the cut off time for these upgrades is.......

It is supposed to be 2 weeks, but I guess you can call closer to depature now

Upgrade vouchers arrived by fax now as well.

They asked me if the booking was at least two weeks after the request. But trying won't do any harm, I guess.

Better to call than to mail/fax/fill out on the web. And just hope you get the right person in the right mood etc etc etc
