Online Transaction Statement
 

My online transaction statement suddenly says "We have no transactions registered yet".

Interesting, since the Member Status screen shows an increase in both Award and Level miles since I last checked a few days ago.

Has anybody else experienced this?

Has been like this all day for me too... Glad it's not just me, I got all worried they'd thought I'd done something to invalidate my ts&cs and had wiped my account...

Annoying thing is, that probably means they haven't registered the 5 outstanding flights that would get me (at least) the 89 remaining miles for PE...

same for me and my partner...all gone

Hmm I wonder if this is something to do with the on-line booking bonus; If you look at status of these the majority of my claims have mysteriously dissapeared including the one I made yesterday.

Same here. Everything disappeared yesterday.

Might be just a glitch in the processing the next printed statments.

The problem still not resolved. I e-mailed Mr Paul Douglas and received the following reply :

"Recent problems with the automatic crediting of online booking bonuses have been resolved however.

Your online transactions will only show a limited number of recent transactions but if they disappeared completely then that is probably a temporary problem. If this persists please let me know."

I replied that it was indeed persisting.

Nope, all back, with all my missing flights posted, and a lovely platinum colour...

All my transactions are still missing as of Tuesday night (22.09). It looks like my balance has changed a little in the meantime however as before I was like 900 miles away from Plat and now only about 450. I would like to know what those miles are and what the posting date is because I was only 153 miles away from getting another 2500 miles in the recent July/August promotion. If anything extra has posted I want to claim the extra 2500 from the promotion.

mines back my partners isnt....there obviously going through them all for some reason
