Cancellation of C class ticket

I booked a fully flexible C class WBC ticket on the KLM website (LCY-JFK) but am now unable to use it. The conditions seem to indicate that the ticket is fully refundable (that was the reason I chose it as there was always a chance I needed to cancel).

Here's a few questions, I've looked around and can't find any recent info on this, perhaps someone here has some experience in this:

          Thanks for your help

Usually it works. Otherwise, call you next KLM agent

Booking fee is lost. If KLM charged you a credit card surcharge ( I cannot imagine they did ) you'll get it back.

It comes back to the original CC you used. If this card is not valid any longer, you must contact them and they issue a cheque. CC refunds are usually handled within 1-2 weeks.

Rerouting means they issue a new ticket and charge / credit you the difference in pricing.

They do charge a CC fee in the UK (but not a debit card fee) as well as a booking fee. I think it was early 2006 they started doing this. Prior to this there was no booking fee or CC surcharge on the UK site.
