Klm

I work in Saudi Arabia and i fly KLM from Houston to AMS... then AMS to DMM. i make this trip every 35 days, so i'm really racking up the miles.. I guess i have been lucky haveing great service on my flights, most of the time a few of the crew remember my face and i get really good service. i have even been given a in flight upgrade from coach to WBC if their was a emply seat after doors are closed.

Are you crazy?
NWA and KLM have the worst Coach and worst upgrades
If you really go 12 times a year then why do so in coach, when if you flew Lufthansa you'd get free upgrades

People are not crazy just because they fly KL/NW! If you fly KL/NW a lot you have quite a chance for an opup, if coach is full. If you check the LH forum, people are not at all happy with LH opups (yes, I know that you get some upgrade certificates, but you have to fly quite a lot to get them, also the elite bonus sucks). KL/NW coach btw is not so bad, if you compare it to LH.

I agree, all the KL/NW flyers are not necesserily dummies. It's sure that LH is a good company, but it seems that it takes centuries to get a status ; in addition there is also the question of the fares, and when the route is accurate, the ones of the couple KL/NW are generally of good value...

lot of trips

the only reason i fly coach is that's what the travel department buys the tickets, as there are anywere from 15 to 30 guys rotateing out the same time i do, so they do a group rate. this is just a small hint of how much i fly on KLM.....Date Flight Class
