KL semantics
 
I came across this gem when booking a ticket on KL's Dutch website :

"Wij maken u erop attent dat op ieder geannuleerd ticket waarop geen annuleringskosten van toepassing zijn, EUR 16, - administratiekosten in rekening worden gebracht."

If you wish to cancel a ticket that is not subject to a cancellation fee, KL will charge you a €16 "administration fee" instead.
