nope, not KLM as their engines are grey not blue.

According to this article (in German), it was Ryan International Airways on departure out of Atlanta...

Well, it certainly did have KLM's signature blue associated with it. Sorry if it got others rattled up too.

Ryan Air out of Atlanta??!? Interesting.

If I am not mistaken, we are talking about Ryan Air International which fly
A 320 on behalf of good old Air Tran to destinations which their own MD 90 cannot fly to, because of range limitations.IIRC LAS is one of them...

Ryan International Airlines (callsign: Ryan), a US charter airline, has nothing to do whatsoever with Ryanair (callsign: Ryanair), the Irish LCC.

KLM at LAX some years ago????

ryan or ryanair.... but wasnt there a similar incident with a KLM 747 taking off LAX some years ago????
