Are you assuming that the average JetBlue customer do not have the money to BUY a ticket for Xmas or Thanksgiving?

Very very few people get award tickets for those holidays, that is the case with all airlines, including Southwest. That is the one of few time where every airline is making money and no way they will give out the seats for free.

Right and wrong. Right because planes are packed that time of year and airlines make money. Wrong because for the past 2 years and this year as well, I have had no problem whatsoever in earning FREE award travel on Thanksgiving weekend AND X-Mas with jetBlue. Good luck trying to get an award seat on DL or AA...they have something called "Black-Out" Dates...jetBlue has award availability on every single day in the calendar. There might be some less on holidays and I am not sure to be honest but there are still award seats every day of the year...thanks jetBlue for the loyalty to your customers!!

CC Points Expiration Question

My wife and I are both True Blue members. We share credit cards. If she signs up for the card and then gets a second card under that account in my name, if we spend $400 per expiration period will both of our points not expire? Or do we both need to have our own seperate credit cards? If it is the second, it would be a big plus, and motivating factor in getting the card, if a family could share a credit card and each member could have their points not expire based on activity from the cards on the same account in their name.
Irrespective of the points issue, I love the JetBlue product!
