I’m taking a stab in the dark here but does anyone have an email address to a higher up at JetBlue? I need to file a complaint.

Just go to JetBlue.com they have a contact us section, they always seem to have a quick helpfull response for me.

Yes, believe it or not, real people do man the website's contact email page, for me, they've always responded within 24 hours, sometimes as few as 3-4.

(I've given them a couple compliments, one complaint, and one service request).

I did submit my complaint to them and got a round around answer. However I was able to figure out the email address they use.

Can you satisfy our curiousity and tell us the nature of your complaint?

The initial problem was very minor, but the reaction of the crew to our problem is the reason for my complaint.
