Website continues to experience issues
Maybe my account is on an old system or something but I constantly have trouble going into my account and changing my seats. It's very frustrating as I only fly B6 every 2-3 months, but the website has consistently been throwing errors the last year or so....

Did you book with points? That is a common issue.

I've had trouble switching from an EMS seat that I used points for to a regular seat (I paid for the ticket itself wish cash). I think things get complicated whenever points are involved.
I also get plagued by errors doing other simple tasks online. When I called in recently I was told that sometimes if you don't clear your browsing history/cookies errors will continue to follow you even after they are fixed by JB. Have you tried a different browser? |
Yea, I used points. Have tried multiple computers and browsers (Chrome + Firefox)

I have not been able to check in online or via mobile since early February. Very frustrating. They actually gave away my EMS seat that I paid for in Austin last week but that's a story for another thread.
