Am I due an online booking bonus and who or how do I contact TruBlue?

I booked online a rt BOS-NAS flight for Dec25-Dec29. My return flight was canceled at airport checkin due to the northeast storm and rescheduled to Jan1. Today I log in my Trublue account and noticed they didn't give me the online booking bonus. Should they have give me the online bonus since I had booked the original trip online; they're the one that cancelled and rebooked my flight through no fault of mine?

Unless you willfully booked through a phone agent then, yes, you should get the double up for online booking. Call it in and they should not put up much of a fight.

There is a known bug that makes the True Blue system look at the *current* ticket for whether it was booked online, rather than the original ticket. Just call and ask and they'll take care of you. =)

You can also email your request if you don't want to wait on hold (which you may if you call during an east coast snow storm)...
