Planning on Kyoto for about 4 days or so in Sep.

What are some places where I should go?
Is there a good Onsen(hot springs)? Like those.

There are several city guidebooks for Kyoto, and at least one is sure to be available in the nearest large bookstore.

If not, the Japan National Tourist Office's website (jnto.go.jp) has a lot of information.

Read one of those, and come back when you have specific questions.
