As stated earlier already, you need to go to the Japan site to retrieve the menu. I just checked now for the April menu, it is there. It only works with the Japanese version of the site, English version is still bugged.

The browser has nothing to do with the bug. I just tried it, using Chrome, none of the English version sites work.
The English version IS working now. There were multiple issues with the online menu in the past week or two. At least one of them was a browser specific bug.

I beg to differ.. Just tried the ENGLISH site again and it is once again, not working .....

Which browser you use? It is working with Safari 10.0.3 on Mac. Try refreshing too in case you have cached the page.

Do JL3 and JL5 (JFK-NRT) have the same first class menu? The website will display a first menu for JL5, but if you switch the flight to JL3 (on which I'm traveling in first next week) then the cabin drop-down becomes restricted to economy and business.

Now there are even more features that aren't working on the site. All those recent UI changes they made are really messing things up.
