15% Cashback for IHG - Ebates.com Birthday Week
Started at 9 pm PDT tonight (May 8, 2016). 15% cashback for using the Ebates.com cashback portal to book a room at any IHG chain (except Kimpton).

Thanks OP. Great deal for those of us who book our own travel. I assume anything booked during this period - no matter when the travel is - works? IF so, I will be re-booking all future reso's.

Correct. Even if it is April 2017, you'll still get 15% cashback BUT it won't post to your account until after the stay (normally 5 days) - even if it is an advance purchase rate.

I know Mr Rebates converts the foreign transaction to US dollars. I assume ebates is the same.

You will be fine. I got my quarterly rebate deposited, via PayPal, today and it included rebates for hotels in at least two non dollar denominated countries.
