Possible Indigo in Aruba
The HI Sunspree Aruba is considering renovating the Curacao Tower as an Indigo sometime in the next year or so. A model room has been constructed.

I know that IHG is looking to sell more Indigo franchises... that could very well be a quickie conversion. They're also looking at 10 more Nickelodeon Hotels, with the next one slated for San Diego
