Breakfast if I'm Using Points or Points and Cash
If I am using Points or Points and Cash what is the least expensive way to reserve breakfast? I assume the walk-in rate is more expensive than reserving at the time of room reservation. How can I avoid the walk in rate?

There may be a Nor1 option that includes breakfast (look for an upgrade button on your reservation details).
You can ask at check in if they have a special rate if you pay then.
You could also call the hotel to see if they offer a special breakfast rate for award stays.

When it was not offered automatically, I ask and a prepaid discount was offered most of the time.

Sometimes there is a special rate for breakfast if you pre-book all days during check-in. Just ask.
