Yes, but it doesn’t lead to the flights anywhere portal, that’s the convert points to miles option. It seems, like hotels anywhere, to be a dead link.

I just did a quick check with IHG Live Chat agent and confirmed that this feature has been discontinued since 30 April 2019. There are currently no plans to offer something similar in the near future.
