No longer possible to book with Ambassador Certificate 2018?

No longer possible to book with Ambassador Certificate 2018?
I tried a few combinations of hotels and dates, looking to book with the Ambassador Certificate rate. All come up as "The Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night rate is not available."
Did they disable being able to book with the rate?
What with the previously received certificates which only expire during 2019??

I just tried 10 random weekend nights at IC Paris LG, all not available.

I tried February 22nd to 24th.
Just tried some other hotels/weekends, got availability on all
