Kimpton Karma to merge with IHG

So Kimpton Karma members have had their accounts replaced with IHG Priority Club, yet it is not yet possible to book the latter at Kimpton properties? How does that work???

I called this morning and they said you would be able to book Kimpton properties starting 1/10/2018.
