Update December 2018: it looks like some accounts are proactively being renewed in December 2018, well ahead of the stated expiration of Jan 31, 2019. It is currently unknown what criteria were used, but previous years appeared to indicate around $10K++ in IC spend only.

As before, please Divide EQPs by 10 to get $$$ Spend

I think both minimum spend and minimum ADR is required.
Probably 10K USD spend and 190 USD ADR.

In that case it is good that I loved wasting money in signature restaurants and room service due to my low ADR

Same here, the loyalty piece comes from the hotel itself, if one is a regular stayer. I would never expect a generic points program to consider loyalty.

I will believe that only if someone from here confirms that he is not RA (anymore) with more than 100,000 base points (not all EQPs) earned in ICs, which were also posted automatically correctly.
Anyone from here that can read Chinese and browse in china forums? xD

Which other parameters could be considered as necessary? Nights? Nope. Minimum absolute or relativ F&B spend? Nope.

Loyalty is a farce anyway. Almost no one is upright loyal to the brand, much more to the status.
And I think IHG is very well advised to reward somebody who spends over $ 10,000 in just only 8 nights. That is great value for the chain that needs to be bound in the future
At least better value than 11K in 60 nights...
wasn't the honeymoon data point USD10.2K in just the one property?

Anyway my point is if key is over 10K USD spend only, it’s not fair some one receive RA status only 8 nights, but some one not received over 60 nights. Both of them have over 10K USD with qualifying spend.
i made this point previously, and i will reiterate it.

if you, or your contacts have spent north of USD10K net at IC, then request reviews.

the requests i am familiar with from last year worked out very successfully.

the multitude of reasons, for the algorithm not renewing, or generating invitations to RA, have been well documented.

good luck

i'm not convinced it requires more than one IC property, unless there's a data point to the contrary.

some had speculated the legacy of three property minimum, which isn't the case.

upon reflection, i think it's just IC spend.

I was also renewed, thanks IHG. 12/2019
as I do most stays in cheap China ICs (though their benefits can’t compare to, say, Osaka or Seoul or hk), I was barely above limit after adjusted stays were counted. I do have 20 nights reserved at ics till end of feb which perhaps helped too.

Do you know to whom Keith has redirected your request? I don't want to annoy the CEO of IHG for some reasons.

Anyone not renewed, but think they should have been, try emailing [email protected] for a review of your account. These are the guys that sorted mine out.
