Sounds like they had already excluded US members, so not registering for Share Forever wouldn't have mattered.

Can anyone help the cheapest way to get my accelarate bonus being based in MAN and TLV?
5,000 for staying once.
10,000 for staying 5 nights.
1,000 for a stay using points and cash.
34,000 for completing the above 3.

Share Forever signup was restricted to addresses in USA and South Americas, so eg UK, Asia could not participate
Appears Accelerator 3Q2016 is reverse of Forever for USA members only, as Asia, Europe allowed.
However you can register for both by temporarily changing your registered IHG address

o I guess USA/S. America addresses excluded. I registered for both 30k Asia (3 stays exc China) and USA Share Forever, using a)Asia b)usa addresses respectively by temporarily switching address to USA

IHG started to clamp down frequent changing of address countries since last year. There are reports that people from China had account locked due to the fact that they changed their residence to qualify for Share Forever promotion.
My guess is that you might be able to get away for once or twice, but account irregularities will raise a flag. IHG's IT is not good enough to detect such activities, but IHG is known to 'audit' member account since 2009/2010.
Any way it is your own risk to take. I am sure you have looked at it and decided that the best for you is to take advantage of the promotion. Good luck.

This is a bit misleading. At first glance the second sentence seems to indicate that I'll get 12,000 points for every country that I stay in (except home country), but I think it actually means I can only get this once, based on the wording of other people's tasks which are to stay in 2 or 4 countries. Am I wrong?

This is my offer. The "killer" for me is to stay 8 weekends which needs to include Saturday and another day. Which means that out of the 12 weekends, I need to be staying out at IHG hotels on 8 weekends!
