Why I can't renew ambassador?
On my account page, it shows my membership will expire in 54 days but whenever i click renew, it jumps to intercontinental ambassador homepage and i cannot find anything about renewal. How should I do? Thanks!

Do You have a stay at an I.C. in the next 54 days?

If so, renew at the hotel. They will surely appreciate it--and ask how much.

I read that you can renew with a 15k points voucher by paying a higher renewal fee? Wonder how does one go about that.

Paid the fee 2 days ago, how long will it take to have the Ambassador status reflected? I only got an email says pending, and I've a 8 nights stay in IC next week, would like to get full benefits ...

From my experience, it took five days. You should be ok.

I think it is simply because you are too far from renewal date ; I would expect that it will be available to purchase next month

Same thing happened to me last year. What I was told is that the link showed up too early on my account and I had to wait until 30 days out.

Thanks. Exactly took 5 business days, but I may found out when I login, no email confirmation etc. What shall I bring with me in 2 days so that I can be sure I will get my benefit for my stay? Suggestions ?

Maybe a RA that falls into ambassador as soft landing? I have the same.

Yes, June 1 account will note Ambassador status (via soft landing) or Royal Ambassador status (via renewal). No option to renew as you will be Ambassador next year regardless.
