Absolutely agree - complete shambles. I use cashback sites instead. If PC Shopping was a cashback site, it would have fallen into disuse a long time ago.

Interesting I haven't much problem with this, once I call in and give the dates of my stay, the points usually post in about 3 days.

This isn't about hotel night stays, it's about the on-line shopping mall points.

Looks like I might have a long stay at an HIE spanning the last week of December and first week of January.

How do the promotions' (expecially the Stay xx for xx,xxx promotion) work as far as the check-in/check-out dates go?

Thanks.

Roles for rooms

Well, 2nd stay bonus for a stay in Japan posted nicely.

Seems that PC is really, really lost on this promo. The T&C says nothing about APAC. The customer service says it's only for Asian customers, but says nothing about limitations on participating hotels.

IRL - stays in APAC hotels (but not Middle-East, even though they are also in Asia!) post for non-APAC members. Non-APAC hotels don't post for APAC members.

Gotta to say thanks to all those that have posted promo codes. Had a 5 night stay at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne Florida last week and netted over 15,000 pts

Actual stay credit was only ~5700 pts of that. 9,500 pts worth of promo.

Registered for everything I could get to stick in the promo thread. Not everything I registered for actually got counted, but I know to not call about that

Same. Also confirmation email, two "direct" bookings via website and no bonus. Worth calling about?

Have tried all of the above and am getting "invalid code". Based in the US -- any reason why these would not work?

nevermind. Seen too many posts and other comments that essentially say "DON'T CALL IF YOU WEREN'T TARGETED!" So I will not call on this one.

YOu can only choose one of these codes, not for all. Therefore I think you have registered for one already which eliminates the possibility to register for the other promotions

The 1000 bonus points for a stay in Canada does work. It just posted to my stay in Montreal last week.
