It did indeed - and it was for the 2nd stay in APAC.

I got a reply from CS - " Please be advised that the targeted members for this offer are the one residing in the Asia Pacific only." - no mention of STAYS in APAC.

Anyway, some you get, some you won't. Interesting to see how this will work out after my next stay in Japan.

While trying to register code 9983, I got the message: "the code is invalid".
Did anyone have the same problem? Any idea how to fix it?

I get the same. Don't think there is a "fix" for it. Might depend on your country of residence or some other unknown factor.

They have enough trouble trying to credit people their standard points for purchases let alone double. I gave up using that web-site out of sheer frustration of having to constantly fight for points that were due to me. Shop at your own risk.
