Thanks. I had a 3rd stay with 1 night and count still zero. Either the eligibility / promotion period is screwed up (displayed wrong) or somehow the promotion isn't set up correctly. With all the issues with PC as of late I wouldn't be surprised. I'll wait till I completed my 7 night sand then raise a missing points request.

I was targetted and got an email for the 10k for 10 nights promo, but I signed up for the 10k for 7 nights promo. My award meter shows zero even though a stay has been posted. Has anyone got the award meter right after registering without being targetted?

This is weird. I got an email saying that I've been signed up for the Stay 3 Get 5000 Points promo, even though I didn't sign up for it. Under My Offers in my account, this promo doesn't show up.
A week earlier, I'd signed up for Stay 7 Get 10000 Points. This one does show up in My Offers.

My ability to register for any promotion seems to have gone. Have tried 2-3 of the following codes:
Stay 3 Nights, Get 5,000 - Code 5502
Stay 4 Nights, Get 5,000 - Code 5503
Stay 7 Nights, Get 10,000 - Code 5504
Stay 8 Nights, Get 10,000 - Code 5505
Stay 10 Nights, Get 10,000 - Code 5506
Stay 12 Nights, Get 10,000 - Code 5507
Stay 15 Nights, Get 15,000 - Code 5508
Stay 18 Nights, Get 15,000 - Code 5509
plus a few of the other ones in the main Promo thread and for every one I get the following message:
"Your code is invalid"
Never had this problem in the past, most codes have worked. Any wise words on this problem?

I'm having the same issue as described re. qual stays not activating promo activity. Has anyone had any success in resolving yet?
I have tried to raise a discrepancy**, however the actual online request is failing i.e. I keep getting a delivery failure on my e-mail account so I assume they have some issues with their system currently.
** Before people start, yes I know people say if you weren't targeted don't ask ... well I have on previous occasions and it's been sorted

There was probably something wrong with the stays tracking correctly. I have had three stays during the October that have posted to my account and stay 1 and 3 both posted towards this promotion and all the rates were definitely qualifying. The 3rd one just posted thus morning.

If my next stays keep posting from now on then I will still easily complete the 7 nights even without the first 6 counting. Time will tell.
