I'm tending to agree with gem-stone that they aren't recognizing AK as Alaska (notwithstanding their own Mt. Rainier example). I received one batch of 1,500 points today, with the following week 3 and 4 answers:

W3D1: Kenai Fjords National Park, AK USA
W3D2: Kenai River, AK USA

W4D2: Sabah, Malaysia

I think the 1,500 must cover week 4 and no points were awarded (yet) for my week 3 answer. I'll give it a few days to see if more points post then follow up. Good thing I kept screenshots of my answers!

I received zero point for "Kenai River, AK USA". They don't recognize AK as Alaska. I will email them to complain now.

I, too, had AK in my answer.

I wonder if the developers of this game are here in US or are in UK. If they are in the UK, perhaps they don't know that abbreviation for Alaska is AK but instead programmed to look for AL in the answers.

One more. Am missing 1500 points from my and my family's accounts. All of us used "AK" instead of Alaska.

Another AK entry

I also used the AK abbreviation, as I followed the example given on the Priority Club website.

I have yet to receive any points for that week.

To reaffirm your point on the first day I used the abbreviation AK and received 0 points. On the second day I spelled out Alaska and received 1,500 points. Given that their own promotion uses the state abbreviation WA one would hope that they see the error of their ways.

The possible "AK" issue might explain why the overall numbers were so much lower on the 'winners page' for that week.
