Still it shows that hotel development under franchise is a difficult job (and quite an uncertainty for both customers and stakeholders). |

Don't forget Lyon. It's quite delayed from the original date. And it's not open until its open.

On a positive note, St Paul MN now has an IC in what was a Crowne Plaza IIRC until about six months ago.
IIRC the place was a Radisson before that. |
