What to do with these points?
 

Hopefully this is the correct sub to post in. Wife and I have the following cards and points and wanted to know best way to use them for business/first class flights:

Chase Preferred - 117,437
Chase Reserved - 278,240
Amex Gold - 452,072
Amex Plat - 180,592

We took advantage of amex transfer to virgin atlantic so we have 280k points over there and trying to find ANA first class to Japan on their new planes. Other than that, using points is pretty new to us.

Places we'd love to see: Singapore, Bali, Maldives, Pretty much anywhere in Europe. Open to any suggestions as well.

I'm aware of Aeroplan to utilize points for Lufthansa first class but I only see biz class avail on routes I've been searching.

Leaving from USA? Which airport is closest? HOU?
Want to travel when?
What have you found when looking?
Many airlines/aircraft/routes do not have first class now days.
Have you flown long haul international business class? Better than first of a decade ago for many airlines
