Trouble with booking award ... call in?
I'm trying to book an award on SQ in J - SIN-MAN-IAH. I found Saver availability but then when I click "add-stopover" (for MAN) the availability on the first leg (SIN-MAN) no longer exists.

Is this a glitch or something that can be fixed by calling in?

Using miles from what ffp?

What segment(s) did you find availability for? Sounds like a married segment issue.
