Apologies for dredging up an old thread, but I am having an issue with the same fare rules language contained in the OP.

I am trying to go TUL to CPH this summer and there is a low fare shown on ITA Matrix of TUL-LGA / JFK-CPH. However, Delta website and other OTAs will not price this itinerary. TUL-NYC-CPH is shown in the routing rules and the fare rules contain identical language quote above. Ultimately, I assume if the website won't price the trip, it's a no-go, but I'm just curious why that might be. It won't let me do a multi-city trip either, it just errors out.

Are you trying to purchase a RT or open-jaw ticket? It's very possible that I am missing something, but I don't understand how the text you cite has any bearing on your situation.

You're probably better off asking in the Delta forum or maybe Travel Tools. We have some fantastic posters in this forum who are always happy to try to answer questions, but most of the posters are first-time visitors to the site who don't have a ton of travel experience. While someone may be able to help you here, I'm certain you'll find several people in the Delta forum who can help you.

I write again to add a further question which I should have asked when I replied earlier. What airlines operate the flights for which you have seen a low fare on this trip?

Thanks to you both for responding - I did not realize this post was not in the Delta Forum! I would start a new thread over there, but the issue was resolved with a quick call to Delta. I now have the flights I'm looking for.
