Luxury rentals in Mumbai

We will be in Mumbai for a few days in February. Generally we prefer to stay in apartments or villas if we can find them at suitable standard (our alternative would be a suite at 5* hotel).
Looking on AirBnB, doesn't seem like there are a lot of options.
Suggestions for a better site would be appreciated.
Also, we noted there are some residences in Grand Hyatt and ITC Grand Central.. any other 5* hotels that have residence-style apartments?

Airbnb like rentals of private homes is on a very weak legal foundation in India. Running a bnb in India especially for foreigners requires a number of permits which people don't have. All it takes is someone in the building society/hoc objecting/reporting things and the troubles begin.

Taj Lands End has long term accommodations that are different from normal rooms but they need to be booked thru the reservation office.

I spent 5 days in a residence-style apartment at the ITC a few years ago & would definitely recommend it.
