The way the Thailand version works is that you simply check the last few posts to see if anyone is around. For the Hilton and Starwood threads the structure works well since there is a definite check in/out day to be recorded. In this case it may or may not work due to the fact that people may just be flying in for an afternoon for a meeting but have a few hours before their flight out. Also, I assume many of us in India don't know at the start of the week whether we'll be traveling 3 days from now. Perhaps I'm wrong.

very true....most of the time i don't know where i'll be tomorrow....3 days is sometimes a luxury....

i still feel something like the starwood & hilton thread will work best here....but i will leave that up to yosithezet....

I'm sticking around in Mumbai until Sunday. Grand Hyatt tonight, Hyatt Regency Friday night, then back to Grand Hyatt Saturday night. Sunday - Wednesday at Hyatt Regency Delhi. I imagine back to Grand Hyatt Mumbai Wednesday till Friday night.
