Can't do lunch on the 9th but I'm fine with dinner on either the 9th, 10th or 11th. Lunch on the 10th & 11th also works.

I'm going to be there for an India Mini - Do for the 1st time.

What does 9th to 11th or 16th to 18th mean? Do we have a program to meet on 1 of the days for 1 meal or is it more than 1 days program with various agenda.

If its just 1 program, a Saturday is preferred, though any other day other than the 11th is manageable.

Basically it means that we can meet for either lunch or dinner on any one day either between the 9th - 11th or between 16th - 18th.

Similar schedule as well. I would suggest Sat 10th (either dinner or lunch) as a first option as that may be easiest in case folks are flying in from other cities &/or working on Friday. Alternatively Sun lunch but that may be an issue if any attendees are flying back on Sun.

I'd suggest Dinner on 10th night. Gives the out of town folks, time to fly in earlier on the 10th.

Another vote for dinner on the 10th.

So shall we freeze the Do timing for drinks/dinner on Sat 10th evening then?

K3 @ JW Marriott or Annamaya @ Andaz are both decent options. And will have multi-cuisine spreads to satisfy most preferences.

I can ask for the private dining area to be booked, depending on numbers, if available. Also have access to Club Marriott and Hyatt Dining Club F&B discount vouchers.

Both good choices. I can throw in One8 Commune as a possible option as well. Been there a few times & I would definitely recommend it.

LIV Bar & Imperfecto Shor are 2 more options to consider.

Am not too clued in on the whole F & B scene there in DEL and so you guys can maybe decide on the spot. All the mentioned spots seem nice.
