So looks like we have 2 date options to choose from:
Weekend of December 9th - 11th Weekend of December 16th - 18th Will update the same in the opening post as well for the convenience of folks to keep a track of where things are at. |
Alas, will not be in India at that time otherwise would have loved to join. Have fun folks!

Wondering what you folks make of putting together another Flyer Talk INDIA MINI - Do 2022 sometime in December of this year perhaps ? It's a few months out and gives folks time to plan. An evening meetup with drinks and dinner is what one was envisioning. Completely open to ideas on possible locations (city wise) for this and possible dates as well.. As of now it's looking like the following: DATE: Weekend of December 9th - 11th (or) Weekend of December 16th - 18th CITY: Delhi VENUE: Aerocity TIME: An evening/ night do as of now |

I agree. Aerocity is a great option. I frequently have meetings there with clients based in Gurgaon. It serves as a mid point for both of us & has a lot of great restaurant options.

Rebooting this thread and hoping a few more folks who are based on the sub-continent can make it in Dec for the Mini-Do.

When do you expect to freeze the dates. I have booked my stay for both options and am 99% confirmed. But flights are still pending.
A clarity of final dates would help many of us to either confirm or regret. The venue may be decided later on depending on the confirmations. |
The weekend of 9-11th works better for me but I can make 16-18th work as well. I think we should finalize the date quickly so that people can book tickets.

I vote for the 9-11th weekend. I'll update the same in the opening post and hopefully more folks will be able to sign on as well. We'll also need to figure out whether it's an evening do on the 9th or possibly a lunch do (like the last time) on the 10th. Evening of the 10th is an option too. |
